The Gather ’Round curriculum is designed for seven age groups:

  1. Preschool (Ages 3–4, with tips for twos)
  2. Primary (Grades K–2)
  3. Middler (Grades 3–5)
  4. Junior Youth (Grades 6–8)
  5. Youth (Grades 9–12)
  6. Multiage (Grades K–6, with tips for older students)
  7. Parent/Caregiver (for group or individual study)

There are four types of quarterly products.

  1. There is a teacher’s guide for each age group. The Parent/Caregiver guide, suitable for group or individual use, includes daily devotions. The downloadable Youth teacher’s guide includes eight reproducible pages for youth activities.
  2. Children’s units (Preschool through Junior Youth, including Multiage) have a student book. These books are to be kept in the room and sent home at the end of the quarter.
  3. A resource pack with posters and other material to accompany the sessions is produced for children’s units.
  4. A Talkabout is produced every quarter. It is the key at-home item with questions and suggestions to help families reflect and act upon the week’s session.

Sits on the family table with tips for applying weekly Bible themes through reading scripture, doing family activities, reflecting on and discussing suggested topics, and praying together.
Primary Introduction, teacher plans for each week of the quarter. Good News Reader. Weekly Bible stories retold for early readers and activities for both readers and nonreaders. Posters, cards, 13 teaching pictures, games, and other items to engage interest and enhance learning.
Middler Introduction, teacher plans for each week of the quarter. Grow.
Worship resources, activities, true and fictional stories, skits, and puzzles.		 Posters, cards, 13 teaching pictures, games, and other items to engage interest and enhance learning.
Multiage Introduction, teacher plans for each week of the quarter. Together.
